The goal of the Riegelsville Historical Society is to collect, document, restore, preserve historical buildings, and historic  collections to enhance awareness of and educate others about the importance of local  history and its future benefits.  

Collection and Preservation

The Society seeks to collect, catalog, and preserve historical resources donated to the Riegelsville Historical Society through archival processes and secure exhibition methods.

The Society maintains the William Murchie Riegel Historic Room at the Library. Access to the archives in the William Murchie Riegel Historic Room is by appointment only. Please call the library at 610-749-2357 to access the archives.
